We would not recommend you to add admin fee on payment links if your purpose is to make your customer to cover the Xendit fee. Because our fees parameter in payment links is flat and should be determined before your customer chooses the payment channel on our checkout ui. We don't have a feature to adjust the amount based on the payment channels that your customer chooses after the payment link is created.

Yes, we are able to support your use case as we have this kind of feature in payment links to change the amount for created payment links based on the payment channel chooses by your customers.

Yes you are able to do that, but please take note that our fees parameters in payment links is not dynamic. Meaning that, you will need to adjust it from your API request before the payment link is created.

This is an issue, because customer details should appear on transaction file that you download from transaction tab. Let us investigate further with our team.

Yes, it is expected that customer details is not visible on transaction file that you download from transaction tab, because when invoice is paid, the customer details will not be reflected on our record. So, there is no way you can get the customer details of paid invoices.

Therefore, we will recommend you to download the report from payment links instead, so that you are able to see customer details on the report
