Why Reading Physical Books Is Still Valuable

In the digital age, many people prefer e-books for their convenience. However, physical books continue to hold a special place for readers. First, reading a printed book offers a tactile experience that enhances focus. Turning pages gives a sense of progress that digital scrolling cannot replicate.

Second, printed books reduce eye strain. Long hours of screen exposure can cause fatigue and headaches, while paper is easier on the eyes. Finally, owning physical books builds a personal library that reflects one’s identity and learning journey.

Though e-books are practical, they cannot replace the emotional and sensory satisfaction of reading a real book.

How Rainbows Are Formed

A rainbow appears when sunlight interacts with raindrops in the air. The process involves refraction, reflection, and dispersion. When sunlight enters a raindrop, it slows down and bends, separating into colors. This bending is called refraction.

Next, the light reflects off the back of the raindrop and exits at different angles. Each color — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet — emerges at a slightly different angle, creating a circular arc of colors visible to the observer.

Rainbows are usually seen when the sun shines after rain, with the observer facing away from the sun.
