Staff are not to be at work with a hangover.

Tattoos fall under Section 2(b): Freedom of expression under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. We are legally not allowed to ask someone to leave for a tattoo.

Any tattoo deemed inappropriate by staff or public, may be cause for a patron to be asked to leave.

A symbol can be interpreted therefore it is not a reason alone to ask a customer cover up or leave, but if the symbol includes hate words or there are genitals in the picture they may be asked to leave.

We do not have any policy on inappropriate tattoos.

The pool is a public space. Patrons and public can film at any time as long as it is not in private areas or considered "voyeurism".

Parents are encourage to take pictures and film during lessons. We appreciate a "PrinceGeorgeAquatics" tag on social media!

Photography and video is not permitted without prior consent from aquatic staff, and at no time permitted in change rooms or washrooms.

If the missing person is under the age of 7, a non swimmer or has special needs with an attendant, an immediate water search should be performed.

For instances in which a customer is "looking" for their older child in the dry areas of the pool, judgement would be required to determine if a water search is required.
