Use the present perfect to talk about an indefinite time in the past.

Example:

• I have visited my parents.

• I haven't called my mom.

• Have you visited your parents?

Example:

• She has visited her parents.

• He hasn't called his mom.

• Have she visited her parents?

• use the past participle form of the verbs 

• be-been

• take-taken

• walk-walked

Remember

• Use the past tense to talk about a definite or specific  time.
