How to avoid injures

  • Warm up your muscles before exercising

  • stretch before and after a hard exercise

  • Know the proper exercise forms

  • DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!

  • Eat nutritional food

  • Take breaks while exercising

  • Let your body rest and heal
