2

Verbs

As you remember you can use the ~te form in order to combine verbs in a sentence which allows you to say "and" when listing actions. And a list of verbs are in that form except for the last one which will change to whatever tents that you want the rest of the verb to be.

3

たとえば - For example

I woke up and brushed my teeth.

おきて(私の) はをみがきました。

4

You can use more than one -te form. You can list verbs in an infinite number of actions as long as they are all in the -te form except the last one.

5

い adjectives

The exact same rules apply to い adjectives. い adjectives use the -te form to say "and". (The only time you use と is when you are listing nouns)

6

たとえば (For example)

That food at that restaurant is inexpensive and delicious.

あのレストランのたべものはやすくて、おいしいです。

7

な adjectives

な adjectives don't change actually themselves, the です changes to its te form which is で.

8

たとえば (For example)

The hotel was clean, and we were happy.

ホテルはきれいで、うれしかった。
