How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gather Ingredients

• 1 Cup Butter

• 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar

• 1tsp vanilla

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of baking powder, I pck of Vanilla pudding powder

• 2 cup All Purpose flour, 3/4 cup Self rising flour

• 12 oz of chocolate chips

Utensils/Materials Needed

• Measuring cups

• Mixer

• Cookie sheet

• Larger bowl

• Oven

• Cookie scoop or Spoon (optional)

• Paper towels

Where to begin?

• Begin by pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees
• For ingredients start with non-dry ingredients.
• Start by creaming the butter and sugar together in the mixer. Next, add packed brown sugar and let mix. Now, include vanilla and eggs and let the ingredients mix for 1 minute.

Dry Ingredients

In the large bowl, measure out and place all dry ingredients. Carefully mix together for 30 seconds. Add half of the dry ingredients and chocolate chips to the mixer, mix into the wet ingredients. Once mixed together add the other half of dry ingredients and chocolate chips, mix for one minute.

Grabe the cookie sheet

• Now, take a spoon full of cookie dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie dough on the sheet with approximately 1 inch in between.

• Once the pan is full place it in the oven. Let them bake for 13 minutes
