OFFERS AND SUGGESTIONS
Today, you will be able to express offers and suggestions in oral or written way using the modal verbs shall and would.

MODAL VERBS
They are auxiliary verbs, that generally, can't be used as a main verb (they need another verb) and indicate a condition, for example:
ability, possibility, need, suggestion, offers, etc.

WOULD /WOULDN'T
It is used to offer something (questions) or indicate a preference (answers).
it doesn't mean anything by itself (needs a main verb).
You can also use it to request something.

SHALL
We use shall to give suggestions or offers. (I and WE)
it doesn't mean anything by itself (needs a main verb).
It is also used to express future WITH pronouns "I and WE")

EXAMPLES:

shall I help you use the app?
Wouldn't you go with us?
Shan't we study with Mark?
"Suggestions"
Shall I bring the pendrive?
Shall we speak more English?
Shall we participate more in class?

a: Would you like me to check your PC?
b: I wouldn't. I would rather buy a new one.
a: Shall I recommend a store?
b: I would be very grateful.
