The movement of materials into or out of a cell without ENERGY.

Selective Permeability
A cell membrane can differentiate between different types of molecule. This means it will only allow some molecules to go through while blocking some molecules from going through the membrane.

A cell membrane is made up of phospholipids. There are 2 layers that surrounds all cells. It allows things to go in and out of a cell.
