Last week we were multiplying decimals, 

so today we can going to use that to help us determine whether a quantity, or number, increase or decrease when multiplied by a fraction.

There are two type of fractions:
proper and improper

Proper Fractions:  12, 34, 89\frac{1}{2},\ \frac{3}{4},\ \frac{8}{9}  

Improper Fractions:  21,43, 98\frac{2}{1},\frac{4}{3},\ \frac{9}{8}
