When an employee is equipped with the right skills and knowledge, there will be improvements in their work attitude.

One has to constantly update one’s knowledge to remain relevant and perform their job task well.
Skills must be updated through training to ensure that technological advances are successfully integrated into the organisation.

Training improves individual, team and corporate performance in terms of output, quality, speed and overall productivity.
Practice increases a learner’s performance.
