Multiplication Facts: 9s

Today we will learn about how to remember your 9s facts.

There are several good tricks to remember your 9s.

• You can use your fingers to get the answer. (Your teacher will show you this trick)

• You can also write the numbers 0-9 down in order twice in reverse order to show all of th 9s facts. (picture on next slide)

Start with the 0 at the top and go to 9, then next to the 9 add another 0 and work your way back up. Now you have your facts written in order starting at the top. 1x9=9, 2x9=18, etc....
