Personal, Private or Sensitive information (PPSI) gathered from any system including PUA, data related to the engagement and/or information related to our association with the engagement cannot be posted on social media sites.
We are not permitted to use the PUA site to file claims or look up social security numbers for ourselves, friends, or family members.
We are not permitted to store or transfer data to any unapproved system including our laptops, cell phones or other devices.
We are not permitted to provide my contact details or my supervisor’s contact details to claimant.

What are the consequences?

Collecting unemployment benefits based on false, misreported, or unreported information to the state is considered fraud. Claimants are legally responsible to follow the requirements set by state law.
Demand for repayment, collection efforts and garnishment of future benefits and wages are just some of the consequences
Penalties can also include criminal prosecution including but not limited to serving time in jail.
