Types of Transformations

• Rotations - rotate an image, keeps the same size shape and same size angles

• Reflections - to reflect an image, keeps the same size shape and same size angles

• Translations - to move or slide an image, keeps the same size shape and same size angles

• Dilations - to enlarge or make smaller proportionally, however it does not keep the same size nor the same angle measures.

Rotations

• Click on the "Point" button and make two points.

• Click on "Segment" and connect these two points together.

• We will go over how to label and rotate this line segment.
