  • Telling someone what to do

  • Start with a verb (to run - correr)

  • Conjugate into the present tense él/ella form (run - corre)

Informal Negative Commands

  • Used to tell someone what not to do

  • Looks like the "opposite tú form" of a verb

  • Start in the "yo" form, then drop the "o" and finally add the opposite "tú" ending

  • AR verbs end in "-es" and ER/IR verbs end in "-AS"
