The Evidence

• A meta-analysis published in 2008 (Salas, et al., 2008) included a comprehensive search of team training literature from 1955 through 2007 and examined over 300 empirical articles. Researchers have linked team training programs to improved attitudes, increased knowledge, and improved behavioral skills.
