Open Ended

What does it feel like when you work your muscles really hard?

22

Flexibility

having an adequate range of motion in all joints of the body; the ability to move a joint fluidly through its complete range of movement.

Open Ended

Can you think of performers who will need:

1. Accelerative speed (sprints up to 30 metres)?
