Climate regions

We know that regions are areas having common physical and human characteristics. Therefore, when we talk about climate regions we are mentioning areas with similar climate characteristics in terms of 2 elements

1. temperature and

2. rain.

Latitude

- How latitude is affecting temperature on Earth?

We have to mention that the Equator line receives the largest amount of Sun rays. This amount decreases gradually when we move North and South, away from the Equator, reaching the poles which have the lowest temperature.
