To express our opinion in the past tense we can either use:

• c'était... : it was...

• j'ai trouvé ça : I found it...

examples :

- j'ai visité la Tour Eiffel, c'était génial!

- j'ai visité le Louvre, c'était intéressant

add très / assez / un peu to make it even better
