This week we are going to continue our conversation about having a growth mindset. To recap, a growth mindset means you believe that you are willing to grow and strive towards your goals no matter the limitations or set-backs. You don't give up easy and you are always looking for ways you can improve and do better.

• Embrace: holding on to the goal and not losing sight of it

• Try: do everything you can to achieve that goal

YET Mindset

Having a 'YET' mindset means that you acknowledge you may not have achieved your goal, but you know that it is still attainable if you are willing to push past the limitations and obstacles in front of you.
