- Add specificity
- Usually precede the noun it modifies

Types of Adjectives
Article - (a, an, the)
Possessive (my, your, his, her, its, our, their)
Demonstrative - indicate specific things (most numbers, any, many, no, which, whose)
Attributive - give traits, qualities, attributes to nouns (golden, difficult, important, miniscule, duplicitous, benevolent, etc.)
