  • In UAE, the most important non-renewable natural resources are oil and natural gas.

  • Oil is also known as petroleum, comes out from fossil fuels, formed from the remains of living organisms.

  • Natural gas on the other hand, it is a burned fuel but additionally it is used to generate electricity, heat buildings, fuel vehicles, heat water, bake foods, power industrial furnace and even air conditioners.

  • Natural gas and oil sales enabled the government to provide services for the people like infrastructure of the country and grow the economy quickly.

  • Now the UAE is shifting to other sources of income such as tourism, trade, and innovation and shifting away from oil and natural gas as a main source of income.

  • The UAE is developing cleaner and more efficient energy such as wind power and solar power.

KANGAROOS, The signature of AUSTRALIA

  • Kangaroos are amazing animals, a symbol for Australia.

  • The Kangaroo is a marsupial from the family Macropodidae (large fool).

  • They have large ears and a small head with a long snout.

  • He arms are short with clawed hands but their feet and legs are long powerful.

  • They have along thick muscular tail and the females can carry their Joey(their baby) in their pouch.

  • In total, there are 47 different species of kangaroos and they can hop up to 40 miles per hour or 74 km/h.

  • They can go over 30 feet or meters in one hop. Often they use their tail like an extra leg.

  • Most are nocturnal (active at night) and all are vegetarian.

  • They live off of grass and leaves and roots.

  • They can go for months without drinking and they can even dig their on water wells.
