You need to work on a team in most jobs.
Work can be finished better & faster when you work with others.
It may be difficult to work with others.
It is possible to work better with other people when you can know if information is a fact or an opinion.

Facts vs Opinion
Facts are things you can prove.
Opinions tell what a person thinks or feels about something.
You can have clearer communication with your coworkers if you can identify facts and opinions.
