This indicates that the action has been completed very recently.
Within the sentence you must place it after the auxiliary verb and also before the participle verb.

ALREADY
It refers to something that has happened earlier or sooner than expected and is translated as "now" in Spanish.
It goes between the have and the participle.

It is used in negative sentences and questions.
"Yet" goes to the end of the sentence.
