The Dig Pass

There are different types of hits and passes in volleyball. Passing is one of the most important skills in the game. The ‘dig’ is one type of volleyball pass. This is a pass that is used to hit a ball that is below the head. It is often the team’s first touch when they receive a serve or hit.

The Dig Pass Technique

• Push your elbows together and keep your arms straight

• Step forward
