It had lifelike statues of gods & goddesses. They were more beautiful than any statue ever before seen.

Doric - is simple on the top
Ionic - hasa scroll like detail on the top
Corinthian - most elaborate; carved depictions of leaves and plants

Only men could perform on stage and they wore masks with different facial expressions to show emotions.
There weren't many actors in a cast, so the actors had to also use the masks to switch between roles.
