The Greenhouse Effect
2
3
It is the warming of the Earth's atmosphere because of some greenhouse gases trapping the heat radiated fron Earth.
4
Heat from the sun warms the Earth's surface, but most of it radiated and sent back to space.
Water vapor and carbon dioxide in the troposphere trap some of this heat, preventing it from escaping, thus keeping Earth warm.
5
The trapping of heat is called GREENHOUSE EFFECT.
The radiated heat is trap because of the presence of some gases in the atmosphere that does not allow the heat to escape.
6
Causes of the Man-made Greenhouse Effect
There are 2 ways by which greenhouse gases enter out atmosphere:
1. Through natural processes like animal and plant respiration.
2. Through human activities
