-this includes your heart and its ability to pump blood to the rest of your body

-this includes your lungs oxygenating your blood so your muscles can receive that oxygen

Nervous System

-The nervous system is the major controlling, regulatory, and communicating system in the body. It is the center of all mental activity including thought, learning, and memory.

What makes up the nervous system?

• Brain

• Nerves

Metabolic System

-the ability for your body to convert the food and drink you intake into energy

What three types of metabolisms are there?

• Ectomorph-skinny and harder to put on weight

• Endomorph-more fat cell retention (harder to lose weight)

• Mesomorph-naturally muscular build

Sedentary lifestyle

-being a lazy bum and not getting exercise
