Pablo Picasso

Pablo Picasso is one of the most famous painters in the 20th century. He was born in Malaga, Spain on October 20, 1881. He was also a stage designer, poet and playwright. He spent most of his adult life in France.Picasso showed a passion for drawing from an early age. At the age of seven,he received training from his father.Picasso became one of the greatest artists of the 20th century, he is known for co-founding the Cubist movement.

Picasso married twice and had four children.

He died on 8 April 1973 in Mougins, France, while he and his wife were having dinner with their friends . He was interred at the Chateau of Vauvenargues near Aix-en-Provence in France.
