Present Simple

• We use it to talk about our routine, habits and general facts

• I play football on Tuesdays

• She plays basketball on Fridays

You don't add anything to the verb for I - You - We and They

• I dance

• You eat

• We watch

• They sleep

But, the main verb in the third person singular takes an -s, -es or -ies in affirmative sentences

• He dances

• She watches

• She studies

• It sleeps

THIRD PERSON SINGULAR

For negatives and questions we will use THE auxilary verbs do - does and won't add anything to the main verb.
