What makes a snack a "smart snack"?

  • Smart snacks use 2 or maybe even 3 of the food groups.

  • A smart snack is only 1-2 servings of food. It is a snack, not an entire meal.

  • Smart snacks don't involve ANY junk food. The less processed the foods are, the better they are for you!
