Today we are making COIL POTS!

Let's get started!

Today, we will:

1. Learn how to make coil pots

2. Build with clay

3. Paint them next class when they're dry!

First, let's see how to construct the coil pots!

In this short video....

To start, please make a circle, that looks like a pancake. Please add your initals with your pencil!

Then, make a lot of SNAKE shapes, for your coil..

When you finish making your pot, please raise your hand so they can dry in the special area in the back!

Clean-up time!

Please wipe down your desk with a Lysol wipe, so the room is clean for the next class!

​Next Saturday, we'll paint your pots, and you can bring them home in November!
