PHYSICAL THERAPY
a science-based healthcare that is done to alleviate pain/trauma and regain natural function of the body. It is done in a scientific process that is observed in the Patient Management Model

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
individuals who graduated the course Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and are able to pass the board exam. They are professionals that provide physical therapy interventions to their patients and clients until a given time of recovery and process

PATIENT
an individual with impairments and functional deficits diagnosed by a physical therapist and is receiving physical therapy care to improve function and prevent disability

CLIENT
an individual without diagnosed dysfunction who engages in physical therapy services to promote health and wellness and to prevent dysfunction

SIGN
any objective evidence of disease. For example, gross blood in the stool is a sign of disease; it is evidence that can be recognized by the patient, physician, nurse, or someone else

SYMPTOM
any subjective evidence of disease. For example, anxiety, low back pain, and fatigue are all symptoms wherein only the patient can perceive
