Grains

Grains are all foods made from wheat, rice, oats, corn, barley or other cereal grains.

They provide us with fibers, B vitamins and minerals like iron, magnesium and selenium. For a better health prefer whole grains.


Grains give us energy and keep our digestive system healthy.

Proteins

Proteins are all foods made from meat, poultry, fish and other seafood, beans, peas, eggs and processed soy products.

Proteins help build tissues and muscles in our body.

Dairy products

Fats and oils
