Some people think that bees are annoying little insects that buzz and sting. But I'm here to tell you that bees are very important. They help plants grow. When bees land on plants and flowers, they get covered in dusty pollen, which helps plants and flowers to multiply. Bees also produce things that are used by people. Of course, bees make sweet-tasting honey. Bees also make wax that is used in candles, crayons, and face creams. Rather than being frightened of bees, we should be thankful for all the good they do in the world.

Are you a couch potato? If so, changing your ways will make you healthier and maybe even smarter! Exercise is important for adults and kids alike. When you're active, you become stronger and more flexible, and you build stronger bones. This helps your body function better. Moving around can help relieve stress, and that can put you in a better mood. And scientists have found that kids did better on tests after they had 20 minutes of exercise. Plus, exercise is fun! So whether it's riding bikes, playing a team sport, dancing, or doing karate, just get moving!
