The formula for Present Continuous Tense
Subject + verb-to-be + verb-ing
Example:
Ali is sleeping.

PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE POSITIVE
means that the sentence is a "yes" or "agree" or "correct".

He is eating a burger.

PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE NEGATIVE
means that the sentence is a "no" or "disagree" or "incorrect".

We put "not" after the verb-to-be (am/is/are)
It can also be simplified or short-formed like these:
is not => isn't
are not => aren't
am not => am not (no change)
