The present perfect tense refers to an action that occurred at an indefinite time in the past. An action that was done in the past and was completed at an indefinite time in the past.

Examples:
I have taught in this institution since 2005.
They have lived in Pampanga since 1998.
Kim has not called for eight months.

Has is used when the subject of the sentence is a singular noun or any of the pronouns He, She, It.
Example: Eric has forgotten his folder.

When we reached the school, the bell had rung.
The children had cleaned the room when the teacher came.
The train had just left when I arrived at the station.

Example: She had just left the scene when the ambulance arrived.

The Future Perfect Tense is used to describe an action that will have been completed at some point in the future.
The future perfect tense is often used with a time expression that identifies a point in the future.
It is formed by using will have + the past participle form of the verb.
Examples:
John will have baked a cake before you arrive.
They will have painted the fence before I have a chance to speak to
them.
