Farmer Kathy and the fancy shoes

Farmer Kathy grows potatoes and carrots. She doesn’t have a cow so she sells her food at the market and buys milk. 

One day, a man buys lots of potatoes and carrots. Now Kathy has lots of money. “I can buy fancy shoes,” Kathy thinks. 

Kathy thinks again. “Or, I can buy a cow. We need milk every day.”

Kathy buys a cow. Now she sells potatoes, carrots and milk. Now she can buy fancy shoes!
