A Call centre company, ABC Pvt ltd in Mumbai, is catering to the health insurance & pharma clients based in UK. ABC had started their business 3 years back. They started the business with 1 UK client. Initially only 8 employees were working with ABC on a shift basis to cater the UK based client. Due to the small business set up it was financially not viable to go for independent Network Management team hence they appointed a consulting firm to look after the Network Management. In current year their business increased by 8 times and employees increased by almost 10 times. To handle current network setup they want to acquire network devices and form an internal team who can look after network Management Since the UK clients are too worried about network security and the data confidentiality, they also want some security measures to be implemented while exchanging the Personally Identifiable Information (PII). ABC management has approached you to design their network and for end to end security solution while receiving and sharing data with client.
