in present continuous : She is typing the message.
in be + going to : She is going to type the message later
to talk about names, profession, nationalities, feelings, and ages : He is Thai / My sister is six / My mom is a teacher / I am Saleh

What about 'is being'? When do we use that???
The verb to be "is, are, am + being" is something that we use to show the action that is happening right at this moment.
As such, it is used for present continuous and NOT NOT NOT PRESENT SIMPLE.
