  • A reflexive pronoun shows that the subject does the action and the subject is the same person who receives it.

  • For Singular Pronouns, it is spelled "self"; like "myself"

  • While for Plural Pronouns, we used "selves"; like "themselves"

Subject-object Pronouns vs. Reflective Pronouns

  • In contrast to the object pronouns, where the subject and the receiver of the action are different,

  • the reflexive pronouns show that the subject and the receiver of the action are the same.
