They can be used in two different ways. They can mean many people, and they can mean one person. They is usually used for Nobinary people who don't like being called he/her. Nonbinary people who don't use he/her. They are still humans, don't worry.

She and Her are pronouns for people who believe they are women. She/They, and She/He is also somewhat a girl term. That just means they are a demi girl. A demi person is a person who is half girl or boy and half nonbinary.

He him is the term for people who like to call themselves men. He/They, and She/He is also somewhat a boy term. That just means they are a demi boy. A demi person is a person who is half girl or boy and half nonbinary.
