​Body is a vital element of dance. It is an important tool to make any movements/ motifs.

​Action

​Action is a next step when we have a tool. By having body, we can create a movement/motif. We can act as narrate in our dance narrative.

​Space

​After we have body and action, we need to have a place where we can show our action. In dance, we have stage as our space. Space of dance it can be any place that you can show your performance.

• ​direction

​Time

​When we have body, action, and space; We need to show the correct time to take action in the dance motif. We need to consider these following aspects:

• ​duration

• ​speed

• ​beat

• ​tempo

• ​Rhytmic pattern

​Energy

​We have a performance without energy, of course we can't show our dance soul. To give that soul we need to focus on:

• ​Attack

• ​Tension

• ​Force

• ​Weight

• ​Energy qualities

​Relationship

​When we do a dance, we can't act separately, because we perform in a complete package. So the relation between dancer/choreographer is depending each other.

• ​dancer to the costumes
