MELC:

➢ Performs a series of more than two operations on whole numbers applying Parenthesis, Multiplication, Division, Addition and Subtraction (PMDAS) or Grouping, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction (GMDAS) rule correctly.

➢ Finds the common factors, GCF, common multiples and LCM of 2-4 numbers using continuous division.

➢ Solves real-life problems involving GCF and LCM of 2-3 given numbers. ​

​Objectives:

At the end of this module, you should be able to:

1. perform a series of more than two operations on whole numbers applying Parenthesis, Multiplication, Division, Addition and Subtraction (PMDAS) or Grouping, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction (GMDAS) rule correctly;

2. find the common factors, GCF, common multiples and LCM of 2-4 numbers using continuous division;

3. solve real-life problems involving GCF and LCM of 2-3 given numbers;

4. apply learned concepts and skills in managing day-to-day activities and resources; and

5. uphold responsibility of doing assigned tasks at home.
