​An object at rest (or motion ) will continue to be in the same state unless acted upon by an external force. Which means objects tend to “keep on doing what they’re doing,” unless disturbed.

​Conservation of energy is the

law that says that the amount

of energy in a system never

changes. No new energy

is created, and no old energy is

destroyed.

Transfer of energy is when energy
