​Revising Vs Editing- Editing is technical (Periods, commas, FANBOYS…) while revising is making the writing BETTER. 

• Improving sentences can be inserting transition words, clarifying ideas, and combining short sentences. 

• Think like the teacher! In revising passages, you are in the role of the teacher.
