What is a ratio?
A way to show the comparison/relationship between two numbers.
There are 3 kinds of ratios

How do I write a ratio?
Use a colon : to separate the two values
Use the words to or out of to separate the two values.
Use the / to separate the two values (like a fraction)
The order in which you write the ratios matters.

Create/find the ratio.
Divide or Simplify to get a denominator of 1.
