​A way to show the comparison/relationship between two numbers.

​How do I write a ratio?

​Use a colon : to separate the two values

​Use the words to or out of to separate the two values.

​Use the / to separate the two values (like a fraction)

​The order in which you write the ratios matters.

​What's the ratio of boys to girls?

15 to 10
