​Complaints are a part of our daily life, we use them in order to express ourselves and in today's class we're going to learn how make polite complaints and how to deal with them politely as well. Let's start! :)

​Now we have some common complaints which meanings are similar and these are to express inconvenience about a situation, without being rude.
