Common Noun​

- are names of persons, animals, events, places and things. They begin with a small letter.

Example:

​Proper Noun

​- are names of a particular person, place, thing, animal, day or event. They begin with a capital letter.

Example sentence: When I woke up, I went to the bathroom.

​Proper Noun

​

​Example Sentence: Jim prays before going out to bed.

Direction: Read the short story and observe the highlighted words. On a one whole sheet of paper, rewrite the highlighted words and its corresponding correct form applying the concept of common and proper nouns. Afterwards, identify the corrected words of what classification of nouns it falls. (20 points)

I have a (1) Best friend. Her name is (2) darlene. We both live in Kalayaan Village, (3) pasay city. We like to play the same (4) Games. On (5) Weekends I go with her to the (6) Farm.
