​ข้อสังเกตุ การจับ Error

1.Verb formข้อสอบที่จะผิดพลาดเรื่องรูปกริยา อาจจะเป็นเรื่องงของการใช้กริยาผิด tense ผิด voice รวมถึงไม่สอดคล้องกับประธาน (S/V agreement) เป็นต้น การผิดเรื่องนี้ในบางประโยคอาจจะสังเกตยากหน่อย เพราะบางครั้งเราไม่รู้ว่าจะเป็นรูป active voice หรือ passive voice

2. Word formข้อผิดรูปแบบนี้เป็นข้อผิดในการเลือกใช้รูปคำ (word formation) พวกรูปคำนาม คำกริยา คุณศัพท์ เป็นต้น

​3. Word usageหัวข้อนี้เป็นข้อที่น่าหนักใจมาก ๆ เพราะออกได้กว้างมาก และต้องอาศัยความเคยชิน คุ้นชิน อ่านบ่อย เขียนบ่อยถึงจะพบเจอจุด error ประเภทนี้ได้ง่าย ข้อสอบที่ผิดพลาดในจุดนี้คือการเลือกใช้คำผิดประเภท ผิดความหมาย หรืออาจจะเหมือหรือคล้ายกันแต่ใช้ผิดเหตุการณ์ หรือกรณีกัน

​4. Conjunctionการใช้คำเชื่อมประเภท ผิดคู่ ผิดความหมายเป็นหนึ่งในเรื่องที่พบออกสอบอยู่บ้าง ตรงนี้อาจจะต้องจดจำ correlative conjunction ด้วยว่าอะไรคู่กับอะไร เช่น neither…nor…, not only…but also… และอาจจะเป็นการใช้ Relative pronoun ผิดประเภทด้วย

​5. Numberคือการใช้คำนามผิดพจน์ เอกพจน์ และพหูพจน์เป็นต้น

​6. การใช้สรรพนามผิดประเภทในประโยคพอพบอยู่บ้าง สำหรับจุด error ครูณิชาว่าไม่ยาก อาจจะต้องอ่านดี ๆ สักหน่อยว่าประโยคมีการอ้างถึงคำนามใดในประโยคก่อนหน้า ถึงจะรู้ว่าควรใช้สรรพนามประเภทใด พจน์ใดนั่นเอง

​7. Comparisonคือการใช้คำเปรียบเทียบผิดขั้น (ขั้นธรรมดา ขั้นกว่า ขั้นสุด)

​8. ArticleError ประเภทนี้เป็น error  ที่มักใช้ a/an/the ผิดตำแหน่ง หรืออาจจะไม่มีในตำแหน่งที่ควรมีก็ได้

​9. Verb usageข้อนี้จะเป็นการผิดเรื่องการใช้กริยาไม่แท้ต่าง ๆ ทั้งรูป gerund/to – infinitive หรือ infinitive without to นั่นเอง

​10. Prepositionการใช้ preposition ผิด หรือ preposition หายไปจากตำแหน่งที่ควรจะมี ก็เป็น error ที่นิยมนำมาออกสอบบ่อย ๆ

​11. Word orderError ประเภทนี้ผิดเรื่องการลำดับการใช้คำ คือเรียงคำผิดนั่นเอง พบไม่บ่อยนักในข้อสอบ error
